Cooler Master Silencio 650 外觀簡潔樸素有質感，且整體做工都不錯，側板的密合度以及所有機構都有相當的水準，門片也可以依照需求改變開啟方向。擴充及功能的部份也相當齊全，有4個USB、SD讀卡機、風扇調轉、開機碟切換、X-Dock硬碟快抽，絕對能滿足大部分使用者的需求。至於靜音機殼最弱的散熱部分，其實Silencio 650 算是有兼顧到，預裝三顆風扇（前二後一），還可以最多擴充到六顆風扇，不過畢竟魚與熊掌不可兼得，要安靜點就是少裝風扇，得選用一些功耗低溫度不高的處理器及顯示卡才行。
