  • Great router design with touchscreen, Three spatial streams, Easy setup, Four LAN ports on the router, Excellent range and performance
  • No Ethernet ports on MeshPoints, No wired backhaul options, USBA port doesn't do anything
  • It's clear that Ubiquiti's AmpliFi HD is going to deliver impressive range and speed, but the $340 price tag for the kit is a bit much for a lot of people, especially if they're not living in an enormous house. The main router is sold separately, though...

  • Setting up WiFi access in your home is no complicated feat. It doesn't need to be expensive or something to be afraid of but, when you dig into some of the most common issues with those basic $30 routers on the shelves of big box stores or the pages of Am...

  • Delivers three simultaneous spatial streams (up and down) on both frequency bands, Four-port gigabit switch on the router, Attractive industrial design, with a touchscreen LCD
  • No dedicated network for data backhaul, Detachable antennas on mesh nodes could prove to be fragile, Mesh points require grounded outlets
  • It's not as fast as the new tri-band mesh routers that offer a dedicated network for data backhaul, but it is a solid value...
