  • Slim and light, Water resistant, Choice of bands
  • Basic tracking, Short battery life
  • If all you want is a simple motion tracker that can measure your daily steps or swim sessions, the Flex 2 is perfectly fine. However, anyone who's serious about their workouts or who demands a stronger set of features should definitely look elsewhere...

  • Excellent auto-detection, Lightweight and highly versatile, Brilliant app, Waterproof
  • Average battery life, No heart rate monitor or GPS, LED notifications are a non-event, No weightlifting mode
  • The Fitbit Flex 2 is not for athletes or serious gym rats. For those who are casually interested in getting a bit fitter, though, the versatile design, great app and excellent auto-detect feature make it a solid choice...

  • Tiny and light The new Flex 2 tracker is so small and light that I can barely feel it on my wrist, Band The band's clasp is solid and never even one popped off or came close to it. The band is also removable so you can buy new colors, a bangle or even a p
  • No official clip Fitbit doesn't sell an official clip for the Flex 2. I'd love to wear it on my pants or bra, because I often walk without moving my hands (treadmill, holding phone/tablet, hand in pocket...)

  • Slim and comfortable band, Automatic exercise-tracking, Water-resistant for swim-tracking
  • Inaccurate step-counting, Five-day battery life
  • Caitlin McGarry The Flex 2 tracker detaches from its band and charges via a USB cable. The Fitbit Flex 2 is a great basic activity tracker. Step counts, sleep data, and automatic workout-logging, complete with swimming stats (a valued feature th...

  • Automatic activity tracking, Slim and lightweight, Water-resistant
  • Fewer activities tracked when worn around the neck, Call and text notifications could be glitchy with Android devices
  • The $99 Fitbit Flex 2 is a great fit for those who want to track their steps, exercise and sleep without wearing a bulky device or plasticky band. Its water resistance means you don't have to take it off every day, and stylish accessories make this device...

  • The Flex 2 is slim and swim-proof, can track basic fitness data and supports a variety of accessories, including pendants
  • It lacks a display and the more advanced features of other Fitbit trackers. Lacks heart rate tracking. The LED lights can be confusing, battery life should be better
  • The Fitbit Flex 2 doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of other trackers, but it's finally swim-proof, and it does the basics and it does them well...

  • Abstract:  First up is the new Fitbit Charge 2. This unit sits in the middle of Fitbit's product line-up, in terms of price and functionality. Whereas you have the Fitbit Flex 2 down below it from a price/functions standpoint, and then the Fitbit Blaze above it. Mea...
